Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus

We are Sr. Magnificat and Sr. Veronica, and we are members of the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus, based out of New Ulm, MN. There are six of us living here in Duluth, and the two of us are blessed to be able to serve at the Cathedral and East Duluth parish mission field! 

We offer an Adult Faith Formation class on Wednesdays for those who are seeking a deeper understanding of the mysteries of our faith or just have questions. Our monthly Women's Morning of Reflection are offered for women of all ages to come together to worship the Lord and support one another in their life of faith and prayer. We've also enjoyed hosting a Moms & Daughters small group, making nursing home visits, as well as joining families for Sunday lunches at their homes! 

We seek to be spiritual mothers of our parishioners, fostering the life of God within them, and leading them deeper into the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus where they experience His love and mercy poured out for them and giving them fullness of life! It's such a joy to be with you, and know that we are here to talk and offer prayers for your intentions.
